It’s the latest addition to the Anglers Only sun-protective range and it's the lightest hoodie we’ve made yet. Designed for long days under open skies, it delivers UPF40+ protection without ever feeling bulky or restrictive. In fact, once it’s on, you’ll barely notice it’s there.
The fabric makes the difference
What really sets the Nimbus apart is the fabric blend. It took us ages to find exactly what were looking for, but it as worth the effort.
By combining polyester with rayon, we’ve managed to create something that feels incredibly soft and natural against the skin, almost like cotton, while still performing exactly how a technical layer should.
The result is a hoodie that’s lightweight, breathable and naturally moisture-wicking, helping pull sweat away from the skin to keep you cool and comfortable when the temperature climbs.
The Nimbus is designed to quietly get on with the job, and not just when you're fishing - it's perfect for hiking, travelling, paddle-boarding or just spending time outside.
Built for long days outside
We kept the details subtle and functional.
Hidden thumb loops help keep the sleeves fixed in place when you want a bit of extra coverage over your hands, especially useful during long sessions in harsh sun.
Branding is intentionally understated too, with a woven Fin Up label on the pocket and a small Anglers Only hem tag down below. No unnecessary noise. Just a clean, easy-wearing layer.
The Nimbus is available in two subtly heathered colourways, giving the fabric a slightly vintage, worn-in look straight out of the bag.
